"My experience on staff at Camp Duncan can be described in one word...FANTASTIC !!!!!!!!
When memories of Camp Duncan return to my mind, I remember the happiest moments: songs, friends (very special friends), campers, and U.D.!! Working with the campers all summer, they became a part of my daily life. The total dedication gave us the satisfaction of good work. Camp Duncan, for all of us, is more than a simple summer camp. It's a challenge to our lives (the same for the camper's life). For a camper who is looking only for entertainment, he will be surprised to find more than just that. ...International staff, (I'm from Barcelona, Spain) give to the campers another culture, and most important, another vision of the world, insights that will help children grown up, mature and finally to be a whole person. This is not only available for the campers but also the staff. Camp Duncan helped me to grow, to mature....I'd like to say how happy I am for having been able to be a staff member at Camp Duncan."

"…..and for me, the summer brings more knowledge than a 5 credit class, whether it is savoring victorious feelings of complete accomplishment or wading through a river of difficult situations. Regardless of which it was, I grew in experience, humility, understanding, self awareness and respect for each child and staff I came in contact with. I was one person sharing with ten. But they were ten sharing with one. And where on a resume can you put "makes awesome 10-strand friendship bracelets" or received "Cleanest Cabin Award" or "furtherest watermelon seed spitter." My college friends just don't understand why I cherish my camp pictures over all others or sing goofy camp songs in my sleep. Camp Duncan is a world of transition, adjustment, and growth all wrapped into one. You will never return the same as when you started. Camp Duncan makes you a better person than you were before. I loved my camp experience, it taught me more than I had ever dreamed it would. It was a great way to spend my summer; campers, friends, swimming, teaching, hiking, singing, blobbing, sharing, and the list goes on……I had a great time being a part of the Camp Duncan staff team, it is memories that I will never forget! "

A summer at Camp Duncan provides staff with a variety of positive, growth oriented experiences. We also offer Family Camp, 10 weeks of day camp, 2 weeks of teen adventure camping. Resident camp staff reside in cabins with campers. Day Camp staff live off site and work with the day campers during the day. Come join the fun, camp is a place you will never forget!
